WASHINGTON — Count on singing and dancing, maybe even a few magic tricks, when the curtain goes up Tuesday on the very first White House talent show. Michelle Obama and the President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities are the hosts for the show, featuring acts by students from poor-performing schools that participate in the committee’s Turnaround Arts program.
