Cezar Grumazescu is a theater and film actor from Romania. He was born in Iasi, Romania, on September 1, 1988. In 2011, he received his degree from the University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography. He made his film debut in 2010’s Poker.
Other noteworthy appearances include “Soldiers: Story from Ferentari”, “Coborâm la prima”, and “Diaz – Don’t Clean Up This Blood.”
Grumazescu, who is located in Bucharest, Romania, received his training at the National University of Theatrical & Cinematographic Arts in that country. He is a fluent French, English, and Romanian speaker.
As a rising star in Romanian theater, Grumazescu has performed in a number of well-known productions at the esteemed Teatrul Mic, including Bevolio in “Romeo & Juliet,” The Sheriff in “August: Osage County,” Hanschen Rilow in “Spring Awakening,” and “The Life and Death of Richard III,” to mention a few. Other theater credits include Orlando in “As You Like It,” Scripss in “The History Boys” (Teatrul Excelsior), Tyler Shaw in “The Brooklyn Boy” (Teatrul Evreiesc de Stat), The Boy in “The Name” by Jon Fosse, The Commissioner in “Tartuffe” by Molière, and “The Boy” in “The Name” by Jon Fosse.
