A man armed with a knife robbed the Burlington Coat Factory in Chelsea on Tuesday morning, cops said.  The suspect strolled into the department store on Sixth Avenue near West 23rd Street in Manhattan around 10:30 a.m., displayed a knife, and grabbed a stash of unspecified clothing, police said.  The value was not immediately known. He ran off and was still at large hours later.  Authorities believe the suspect is in his 60s and said he was last seen wearing a blue hat, a red, white, and blue jacket, and blue jeans.
